These Terms of Service govern your use of BioCE Consult at consult.bioce.cloud ("the Service"), a research-consultation request service operated by the Department of Biomedical Informatics and Clinical Epidemiology (BioCE), Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University ("BioCE", "we", "us"). By submitting a request or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy. ข้อกำหนดการใช้บริการฉบับนี้ใช้บังคับกับการใช้งาน BioCE Consult ที่ consult.bioce.cloud ("บริการ") ซึ่งเป็นบริการรับคำขอปรึกษางานวิจัย ดำเนินการโดยภาควิชาสารสนเทศทางชีวเวชศาสตร์และระบาดวิทยาคลินิก (BioCE) คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ("BioCE" หรือ "เรา") การส่งคำขอหรือการใช้งานบริการถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ หากท่านไม่ยอมรับ โปรดงดใช้บริการ ข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ใช้ควบคู่กับนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของเรา
1. The service1. ลักษณะของบริการ
BioCE Consult lets researchers, graduate students, residents, clinicians and academic staff request methodological and statistical consultation, for example study design, sample size, statistical analysis, prediction modelling, systematic reviews, manuscripts, data management, and related topics. You submit a request; our staff review, triage, schedule and follow up. No account is required: you track your request using a reference code and a private tracking link.BioCE Consult เปิดให้นักวิจัย นักศึกษาบัณฑิตศึกษา แพทย์ประจำบ้าน บุคลากรทางคลินิก และบุคลากรทางวิชาการ ขอรับคำปรึกษาด้านระเบียบวิธีวิจัยและสถิติ เช่น การออกแบบงานวิจัย การคำนวณขนาดตัวอย่าง การวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ แบบจำลองพยากรณ์ การทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ การเขียนต้นฉบับ การจัดการข้อมูล และหัวข้อที่เกี่ยวข้อง ท่านส่งคำขอ จากนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่ของเราจะพิจารณา คัดกรอง นัดหมาย และติดตามผล โดยไม่ต้องสมัครสมาชิก ท่านสามารถติดตามคำขอได้ด้วยรหัสอ้างอิงและลิงก์ติดตามส่วนตัว
Advisory nature. Consultation is advisory guidance intended to support your own research. It does not create any supervisory, authorship, contractual, or professional client relationship unless separately agreed in writing, and it does not transfer to us responsibility for your research or its results.ลักษณะการให้คำแนะนำ การให้คำปรึกษาเป็นคำแนะนำเพื่อสนับสนุนงานวิจัยของท่านเอง ไม่ก่อให้เกิดความสัมพันธ์ในฐานะอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา การเป็นผู้นิพนธ์ ความสัมพันธ์ตามสัญญา หรือความสัมพันธ์แบบผู้ให้บริการวิชาชีพกับลูกค้า เว้นแต่จะมีการตกลงเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรต่างหาก และไม่เป็นการโอนความรับผิดชอบในงานวิจัยหรือผลของงานวิจัยของท่านมายังเรา
2. Eligibility & your responsibilities2. คุณสมบัติผู้ใช้และความรับผิดชอบของท่าน
- Provide accurate, current information, and use the Service only for legitimate academic and research purposes.ให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน และใช้บริการเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางวิชาการและการวิจัยที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมายเท่านั้น
- Keep your reference code and tracking link confidential. Anyone who has the link can view your request's status. Do not post it publicly.เก็บรหัสอ้างอิงและลิงก์ติดตามของท่านเป็นความลับ ผู้ใดก็ตามที่มีลิงก์นี้จะสามารถดูสถานะคำขอของท่านได้ โปรดอย่าเผยแพร่ต่อสาธารณะ
- The tracking token is shown only once and cannot be recovered if lost; you would need to submit a new request.โทเคนติดตามจะแสดงเพียงครั้งเดียวและไม่สามารถกู้คืนได้หากสูญหาย ท่านจะต้องส่งคำขอใหม่
3. Acceptable use3. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้
You agree not to submit any content that:ท่านตกลงจะไม่ส่งเนื้อหาใด ๆ ที่:
- is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or violates the rights of any third party;ผิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดสิทธิ หมิ่นประมาท หรือละเมิดสิทธิของบุคคลภายนอก
- you do not have the right to share; orที่ท่านไม่มีสิทธิเผยแพร่ หรือ
- contains malware or is intended to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.มีมัลแวร์ หรือมีเจตนารบกวน ทำให้ระบบทำงานหนักเกินควร หรือเข้าถึงบริการโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
4. Patient data & de-identification4. ข้อมูลผู้ป่วยและการทำให้ไม่ระบุตัวตน
Do not upload patient-identifiable or other sensitive personal data. Because consultations often involve clinical research, you must remove direct and indirect identifiers, such as names, hospital or patient numbers, national ID numbers, addresses, contact details, full dates where they could identify a person, and images containing identifying features, before you submit. Only properly de-identified or anonymised data should appear in your description or attachments.ห้ามอัปโหลดข้อมูลที่สามารถระบุตัวผู้ป่วยได้หรือข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอ่อนไหวอื่น ๆ เนื่องจากการให้คำปรึกษามักเกี่ยวข้องกับงานวิจัยทางคลินิก ท่านต้องลบตัวระบุตัวตนทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อม เช่น ชื่อ-นามสกุล เลขที่โรงพยาบาลหรือเลขประจำตัวผู้ป่วย เลขบัตรประชาชน ที่อยู่ ข้อมูลติดต่อ วันที่แบบเต็มที่อาจระบุตัวบุคคลได้ และรูปภาพที่มีลักษณะบ่งชี้ตัวตน ก่อนส่งคำขอ ให้ปรากฏเฉพาะข้อมูลที่ผ่านการทำให้ไม่ระบุตัวตนหรือไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้อย่างเหมาะสมในคำอธิบายและไฟล์แนบเท่านั้น
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you submit complies with the PDPA, your ethics committee or IRB approval, and your institution's data-governance rules. 5. Attachments5. ไฟล์แนบ
- Up to 3 files, no more than 10 MB each, of the permitted types (PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, plain text, ZIP, or images).ได้สูงสุด 3 ไฟล์ ขนาดไม่เกินไฟล์ละ 10 MB เฉพาะประเภทที่อนุญาต (PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, ข้อความล้วน, ZIP หรือรูปภาพ)

- You retain ownership of the materials and information you submit. By submitting, you grant BioCE a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, store and process them solely to review and deliver your consultation and to keep the associated records.ท่านยังคงเป็นเจ้าของกรรมสิทธิ์ในเอกสารและข้อมูลที่ท่านส่ง การส่งคำขอถือว่าท่านให้สิทธิแก่ BioCE แบบจำกัดและไม่จำกัดแต่เพียงผู้เดียว ในการใช้ จัดเก็บ และประมวลผลข้อมูลดังกล่าว เพื่อการพิจารณาและให้คำปรึกษาแก่ท่านและเพื่อจัดเก็บบันทึกที่เกี่ยวข้องเท่านั้น
- Advice, templates, examples and materials we provide are for your research use. The Service, its content, branding and code remain the property of BioCE, Chiang Mai University and its contributors.คำแนะนำ แม่แบบ ตัวอย่าง และเอกสารที่เราจัดให้มีไว้เพื่อการวิจัยของท่าน ตัวบริการ เนื้อหา ตราสัญลักษณ์ และโค้ดของบริการยังคงเป็นทรัพย์สินของ BioCE มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ และผู้มีส่วนสร้างสรรค์
- Authorship or acknowledgement in any resulting publication is a matter for separate discussion and follows standard academic authorship criteria.การเป็นผู้นิพนธ์หรือการกล่าวขอบคุณในผลงานตีพิมพ์ที่เกิดขึ้น เป็นเรื่องที่ต้องหารือกันต่างหาก และเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์การเป็นผู้นิพนธ์ทางวิชาการตามมาตรฐานทั่วไป
7. Advice is guidance, not a guarantee7. คำปรึกษาเป็นคำแนะนำ มิใช่การรับประกัน
We aim to give sound, evidence-based methodological advice, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome, including publication, grant funding, ethics or regulatory approval, or specific analytical results. Decisions about your research, and responsibility for it, remain yours. Advice is based on the information you provide; incomplete or inaccurate information may affect it.เรามุ่งให้คำแนะนำด้านระเบียบวิธีวิจัยที่ถูกต้องและอิงหลักฐาน แต่เราไม่รับประกันผลลัพธ์ใด ๆ เป็นการเฉพาะ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการได้รับตีพิมพ์ การได้รับทุนวิจัย การผ่านการพิจารณาด้านจริยธรรมหรือการกำกับดูแล หรือผลการวิเคราะห์ที่เจาะจง การตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับงานวิจัยและความรับผิดชอบในงานวิจัยยังคงเป็นของท่าน คำแนะนำตั้งอยู่บนพื้นฐานข้อมูลที่ท่านให้มา ข้อมูลที่ไม่ครบถ้วนหรือไม่ถูกต้องอาจส่งผลต่อคำแนะนำได้
8. Service availability8. ความพร้อมให้บริการ
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and any advice are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, BioCE and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of data, arising from use of the Service or reliance on any advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.ภายในขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต บริการและคำแนะนำใด ๆ จัดให้โดยปราศจากการรับประกันไม่ว่าโดยชัดแจ้งหรือโดยปริยาย และภายในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต BioCE และเจ้าหน้าที่จะไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายโดยบังเอิญ ความเสียหายอันเป็นผลสืบเนื่อง หรือการสูญหายของข้อมูล ที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการหรือการเชื่อถือคำแนะนำใด ๆ ทั้งนี้ ข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ไม่เป็นการยกเว้นหรือจำกัดความรับผิดใดที่กฎหมายห้ามมิให้ยกเว้นหรือจำกัด
10. Suspension10. การระงับการใช้บริการ
We may decline, suspend or remove requests, or restrict access, where these Terms are breached or where necessary to protect the Service or its users.เราอาจปฏิเสธ ระงับ หรือลบคำขอ หรือจำกัดการเข้าใช้ ในกรณีที่มีการละเมิดข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ หรือเมื่อจำเป็นเพื่อคุ้มครองบริการหรือผู้ใช้บริการ

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.ข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับของกฎหมายไทย ข้อพิพาทใด ๆ ให้อยู่ในเขตอำนาจของศาลที่มีเขตอำนาจในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ประเทศไทย
